ADS Partners applies the following data processing principles: lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, accountability.

The provision of data is a condition to receive an answer to a submitted query. Data shall be processed for the purpose of answering a submitted query, for marketing purposes and for the purpose of establishment, exercise or defence of possible legal claims, if any (legal basis: legitimate interest of the data controller). Data submitted via online forms may also be processed for the purpose of sending you commercial information via electronic mail. Data may be subject to profiling with the use of IT systems intended for data analysis for marketing and sales purposes, in order to customise the content of the information sent to the expected preferences of the recipient.

Data shall be stored until the unsubscription of the user from the mailing list.
